Expozine 2020 Application Form
EXPOZINE 2020, Montreal
The 19th edition of the Expozine fair is back from December 1 to 6, 2020, with hybrid programming: in person and on the web.
A limited number of exhibitors will be able to participate in an in-person fair — CANCELLED — on Saturday December 5th and Sunday December 6th at the Société des arts technologiques (SAT), 1201 boul. Saint-Laurent, which will also be webcast live.
It will also be possible for exhibitors to just participate in the webcast and the Virtual Fair. If current restrictions prevent an in-person fair from being held, it will only be held via webcast on December 5th and 6th.
This Virtual Fair will be a form of Digital Expozine where the public will be able to discover hundreds of publications sold by exhibitors on a special website.
Participation in this Virtual Fair is free for exhibitors, but requests to participate must be approved by Expozine. Subsequently, exhibitors will be required to send from one to three publications in advance to the Expozine team. These publications will be used during webcast presentations for the Virtual Fair and will subsequently be added to the vast Expozine collection at the ARCMTL archive center in Montreal.
The deadline to submit your application is November 27st 2020 at midnight (EDT).
You will receive a response to your request by email within days of your application. Approved exhibitors will then be asked to complete a form to send us the information required for the Virtual Fair.
